This is the pet résumé page from a Rental Pack. Maple and her owners are made up; your pet’s page is written from the facts you give us and comes with the cover letter and renter CV.

About Maple: Maple is a six-year-old, desexed female cavoodle who has lived with us in a two-bedroom apartment in Brunswick for four years. She is fully vaccinated (last booster March 2026), microchipped and registered with Merri-bek City Council. She is house-trained, does not bark when left alone, and spends weekdays with a dog walker from 12 to 1 pm while we are at work. At home: Maple sleeps in her own bed in the living room and is not allowed on furniture. She is groomed every six weeks and does not shed. There has never been a damage or noise complaint about her at our current home; our property manager has confirmed this in writing (attached). Our commitment: we will keep Maple to the same routine at the new home, cover any pet-related cleaning at the end of the lease, and are happy to arrange a meet-and-greet before the application is decided.

Cover letter: one page, written for the exact home you are applying for, saying who you are, what you do, why this home, and why you are easy to rent to. Renter CV: one page with who is moving in, work and income (as you state it), rent history with dates, references, and what you need (move-in date, lease length). Both come as PDF and as plain text to paste into realestate.com.au or Domain application forms.
